How It Works:

We manufacture high quality CNC ready image rods featuring a solid core made from 100% USA cast acrylic. For our customers who do not turn products with a CNC, we also offer our image rods with a prebore design as well. Our image rod was the first ever image rod to be used in a fully customized, full image duck call rod. Our image rod also features a solid core made from 100% USA cast acrylic.

 We also manufacture individual image barrels for companies of any size with a very low minimum order quantity. Whether your company is well established, or a small startup, you can depend on us to manufacture your full custom products to your exact specifications. Our exclusive patented image technology allows for any image or text to be placed on the inside of your game call - this gives you and your customers a design that won't fade, chip, or wear (unlike standard products where the image is placed on the outer surface of the call).     Any image found throughout the Slammer Series sections is able to be used as well as the Mossy Oak Camo Patterns provided below.

 

Custom Image Options:

     We are able to do personal custom images as well as company logos, names, designs. If interested be sure to mention your custom image options when contacting our team to get started.

Can I use these products in a CNC lathe or CNC mill?

Yes! We have continuously tested our products in both styles of CNC equipment. All of the machinists who have used our product in their CNC equipment were pleased by how easy our product turned and shaped. One of the key indicators of quality was indicated by the machinists noticing the "ribbons" that fell from our rods. This ribboning allowed for easier, faster cleanup and made for smoother passes when turned during shaping. Several brands of CNC equipment where our products have been used include HAAS, Mizuki, Tormach, Sherline, and others.

Can I pick my own design or style of image? What if I don't like what I see in the standard image rods you have available?

Many companies may use the word "custom" in their product lines but fail to deliver fully custom products. We produce fully custom products based on what YOU or your customer wants. At IHP Call Co, we work with you through every detail: from proof of concept, scope of design and manufacturing.

How much time does it take to receive my products?

For in-stock products your purchase will most often ship within the next 3-5 business days. If a product is out of stock, we will communicate this to you immediately. We will also give you an estimated timeline for when the product will be manufactured and when we will ship your product!

The different stages of our manufacturing for these products, follows this order:

Customer places their order, image design (time for proofs/revisions if required), graphic templating, printing graphics, casting the rods, curing the rods, quality control/inspection, packaging, shipping, and delivery.
